One on one sessions specializing in inner healing, grief recovery, spirituality and deliverance from negative beliefs or experiences. Mental constructive strategies such as meditation, breath work, bilateral stimulation and conversation in a safe space.

You are welcome here! Choose Joy was created to provide a safe and encouraging space to help others grow in their own life journey. After just one session, you will feel more in control of your situations, your goals and your life.

  • One hour session is held over Zoom.

How is working with me different?

I specialize in holding a safe space for you to experience freedom and healing that brings lasting breakthrough. Through my own personal inner healing experience, I found that an encounter with God was more impactful than the years of traditional counseling that I had undergone.

Intensive training, paired with my own healing journey, has equipped me to help you. By setting aside time to peel back the layers, you will begin to see things differently and you will gain confidence in seeing your truest self.

I expect you to leave our session knowing that you are loved and worth loving. You can know that you were genuinely listened to. You will be in a judgement free zone and have a safe space to truly be you. I will help you find a new sense of joy and clarity!

My goal is to equip you with the tools you need to heal your emotions, your trauma, your atmosphere and your life.


Do I need inner healing?

The short answer is YES! We have never fully arrived. There is always more freedom, more confidence, more love for us to experience. To believe that you won’t benefit from inner healing is like saying “I’m in good shape, so I don’t need to exercise”! Investing in your inner health and well-being is what creates a healthy you!

What is inner healing?

Inner healing is self-care…plain and simple! Inner heart is a term used to refer to the deepest most intimate parts of yourself. This may include self-talk, your thoughts, emotions, or where you store life experiences (whether good or bad). When you take the time to focus on what is going on inside of you and invite God to be a part of it, there is no limit to the freedom that you will feel.

What is an inner healing session like?

By focusing on gratitude, you will be able to enter into a healing time that is led by the Holy Spirit. I am there with you to help guide you along your journey. The session lasts for 1 hour and includes prayer, time with Jesus and encouragement through coaching. You are welcome to come into a session seeking something in particular or you can simply allow the Holy Spirit to lead.
